Om Anna-Karin
Från duktig flicka till levnadsglad kvinna....
Efter nästan fyrtio år av anpassning började jag utforska vad det innebär att leva mitt liv. Jag drivs nu inte längre av rädsla, utan av längtan efter att förstå och uppleva livet på djupet – vad som får oss att växa, njuta, och hur vi kan leva modigare och sannare.
Nu följer jag hjärtats ibland snåriga väg snarare än den raka, förväntade och det har lett mig genom många spännande världar – från Gene Keys och personlig transformation till healing i olika former, sexuell frigörelse och kreativa uttryck inom silversmide och skrivande.
Mitt företag Arrowheart växte fram ur den resan. För mig är det både ett företag och ett levande uttryck för min filosofi: att våga leva ett modigt liv, levt från hjärtat. I allt jag gör – oavsett om det handlar om att guida någon genom deras inre resa, smida ett symboliskt smycke eller skapa en berättelse som väcker sinnlighet och lekfullhet – finns samma kärna: autenticitet, skönhet och sanning.
Jag tror att när vi hittar hem i oss själva börjar livet flöda på ett nytt, friare sätt. Vi blir mer levande, mer närvarande, mer strålande. Det är den vägen jag själv nu går – och som jag med värme, lekfullhet, nyfikenhet och respekt bjuder in andra att dela.

I am Arrowheart, a warrior of the heart - then - now - forever...
For the love of me, life and others. For our home mother earth and all her inhabitants. I am here to make love with the adventure of life as it flows towards me. I am here to surf the waves of emotions, finding the sparkling gems hidden in the sand when I softly land at the beach. I am here to inspire you to love your wounds into healing. And to break free of the fear and invisible chains, culture and commercialism have controlled and seduced you with to dull your shine and take your power away from you. I have walked before you through the darkness of suffering and denial of the beauty and gift it is to be one self. And I know it is possible to softly unwrap a protected and shattered heart and gently mend it with golden love, allowing it to expand and grow even bigger and more beautiful than ever before. I know it is possible to awaken a body numbed by emotional pain and reconnect it with joy and pleasure. I know it is possible to break the pattern and not allow others to feed upon you. I know it is possible to gently calm a mind in unease and fear into relaxation and trust. I can not do the work for you. But I can walk beside you on your path as you explore your shadows and light, the beautiful uniqueness that is you. I am Pathfinder, the one who never gives up. I am playful Squirrel Girl, running laughing and barefoot through the grass in lightness and rapture of being alive. I am wise Owl Queen, boundless, all seeing, flying on quiet wings through the star filled sky and other dimensions. I am raw and decadent Dragon Priestess, an alchemist of polarity and pleasure. I am Mother, Bee Queen, nurturing all with the honey and love of the universe, creating synergy and equality. My softness will chatter the chains of shadow and darkness inviting it into love and into union with the light dancing forever in balance and harmony.
